Wings are good. They messed up my order once and didnt realize until i got home...i should have checked before leaving BUT because the wings are tasty I kind of didnt mind.

The prices are commensurate with the quality. The choice is huge and the waiting time is reasonable. Referring to other reviews, only the boss seems to be troubled. My tip: don't take it for full.

The food tastes great, is freshly prepared straight away and it still goes very quickly. There are a variety of burgers and snacks, both of which are highly recommended. There are also American drinks and specialties such as Root Beer Float, which you won't get anywhere else. Absolutely fair in terms of price. I cannot understand the criticism of the staff, we were served very friendly. Definitely a recommendation!

Friendly service and great food!

The burgers were four stars, everything else was "OK." The chicken wings had a hot dog flavor, which the dog enjoyed very much. The cheese fries come with very minimal amount of cheese, and the fries are skinny and crispy, not much potato material within the fries to get that satisfied feeling.

Food was very good,made fresh when ordered. Will go again, as far as price you got quality fresh food. Huge portions. He was friendly to us and talked after our meal too..

Five guy's Burger prices for cold McDonald's.. Go somewhere else.

€ 2,75 for a Soda can. Plus the food was mediocre at best. save your money and go else where.

The food was very well prepared and warm. Very fair price, the waiting time was about 10 minutes, but it's worth the wait for the delicious food!

The food was very good. Unlike most European burgers, this one had a taste of American style cooking. Good fries, good curly fries, good cheese covered fries. Expensive but great food quality.

Burgers are great !!! Staff was friendly ... I can't share the opinion of others here. You have to be clear that it is a "better snack bar" (not meant negatively) with self-service and not a restaurant with a waiter. In this sense, top 😊👍

So many options of burgers to choose from for a great price for the size you get! Amazing option of soft drinks as well (from US, like dr. pepper and joe's sweet tea). Definitely reccomend.

Very rude service I can't say anything about the quality of the dishes, because after the very unfriendly greeting we preferred not to eat here. After I was alone at the checkout for more than 5 minutes to place an order, we called the chef to ask if we could order something. He had seen us standing with the many surveillance cameras, but it didn't matter. We got the answer: it is not your turn! You have to wait. If I want to go fast, I have to go to McDonalds. When we arrived there were people sitting on the bench outside and it was not clear that I had to register first to order. Sorry, but I have never been served so unfriendly. Then it's not possible!

Eat good. Friendliness could be improved. Don't know if I'll go back there.

Best Burgers in the city

It is best to use the parking lot only to turn around and then get a burger from McDonalds. There you will at least be treated like a customer and not be cheeky.

Great burgers, real american sodas and cozy atmosphere. No fast food, it may take a while sometimes - but the taste makes the difference!

We have been there already three times. Great food and host. We will definitely come back👍.

The man who works at this restaurant is one of the most rude people I have met in my life. This is third time we’ve been to the Roadhouse and each time he has gotten increasingly more rude. The food is good but, I will never go back again and I will never recommend this place to anyone. There is no reason for him be so rotten to his customers. This place is definitely not worth the aggravation.

In addition to the cozy atmosphere, Roadhouse Ktown convinces with the very best burgers in the whole area. We come here regularly and always get a fresh, super quality. The boss is friendly, the atmosphere is clean.

Initially enthusiastic, good food, iced tea too sweet. Unfortunately the owner became very rude afterwards when we wanted to hand the dishes to him in the kitchen. Was only meant well by us. You could have said otherwise, but have heard several times that he can be super friendly but also very moody. It would have been a shame to say otherwise.

Germans tend to be very brisk, that’s normal. However, this restaurant caters to the American community. Instead of making an attempt to be a respectful business owner he trashes everyone who gives him a negative review in a bad way. Just look at his comments to any negative review left. Very unprofessional and belligerent. Do do make good burgers but I agree with everyone not a good atmosphere, especially for the price you’re paying.

A very cozy and welcoming place.The food is fresh and well made. The decoration is very successful and unique. It is worth going with the family because the prices are decent.

First time there. Food was good and the waiting times were normal. Apparently some of them didn't have a relaxed sense of humor. Because the boss has a loose but not evil mean humor.

Not all that great. Wings are soggy, drinks are pricey and the gentle man / owner is a bit rude. Not a friendly place.

I actually like this place. The food was always good and affordable. Our favorite was the wednesday chicken wings special. The place is so accessible just outside the base plus a spacious parking spot. The interiors is also very vintage american which i liked. The only negative is you cant take the special wings to go and the cashier has a very poor service. I couldve given this a 5 but that guy was just terrible. We were there thrice but nothing has changed.

Authentic and just fresh and tasty. Getting full is very easy here. Mega price / performance ratio. Meat, meat and more meat. Love it. I had the triple stacker with hot cheese fries plus the shrimp. (for a long time the tastiest shrimp) Go and enjoy it too.

First time going to the restaurant. I was excited because I drove by many times going on post. I wanted to try the fish and chips as advertised. As advertised you can eat there or order to go. Get there tonight and was refused service. I was told that they were too busy to do to go orders. Extremely disappointed!!

The place is nice, prices are a bit higher, but the main reason I give it a 3 start is because the staff was not friendly nor helpful. The food was alright, but nothing that will make me go back and spend more money. All I ask for is; good food, friendly staff and a clean place, not much.

The best burger I have eaten in a long time! Amazing flavors, fresh beef, and interesting sides. They even have RANCH dressing for the fries. The little diner is cozy, with US license plates and fun memorabilia adorning the walls.

Food was extremely good and super fresh. I had heard rumors of unfriendly customer service, but my wife and I experienced the opposite. My wife got the #2 (the giant cheese burger) with cheesy tots as her side. I got the blazin hot wings and they had a real potent slow burn, but we’re a flavorful spicy delight! Definitely a two € Priceline but the freshness and quality of the food make it worth every cent

This needs a negative star. The owner kicked us out because we brought a bottle water into the building. Told us to leave and not come back until we fixed ourselves.
